For GOOD HOPE, hull no 6, the deck design comprised a single cockpit, very similar to our Baltic 56-02. Functionality and style were key elements in the deck layout; the sheave base winches and recessed jammers were examples of this.
The boat had a lifting keel equivalent to 56-04, which enabled a deeper sailing draft and hence a lighter keel bulb for a given stability.
The interior was styled by our in-house design team R&J Design, in close cooperation with judel&vrolijk & co. The style was a mix between modern and high-tech interior styles featuring mahogany wood, painted panels, brushed stainless steel and fibres. In all, this was a softer version of the famous Baltic 56-01 interior. The volumes of the hull provide for three full-sized cabins, a comfortable galley and a salon.
